About the event

Tim Heatley is a social impact developer, investor and operator based in Manchester.

He is the founder of Regeneration Brainery, a national academy aimed at broadening diversity and inclusivity in property. Each year it mentors over 1000 young adults throughout the UK. Tim is also the Chair and co-founder of the Greater Manchester Mayors Charity which has raised over £3m in the past 3 years alone. He is co-founder of the Embassy Village charity project in Castlefield creating 40 homes for people experiencing homelessness.
